A natural entrepreneur, with a professional and corporate background, Bryn has spent the last two decades working with corporates, SME’s and elite sport. His aim is to help clients and partners to access the experience and skills developed in blue chip corporates and apply whilst retaining a lean, flexible and agile approach. Bryn has assisted organisations by working on both an individual basis and by introducing teams of experienced specialists.

Bryn, qualified as a CA with KMPG and worked at operational and divisional Board level in blue chip plc’s. For the last two decades involvement has been with private equity, venture capital funded businesses and start-ups, in both executive and non-executive Board roles. Recent roles, as Commercial Director of Penn Pharmaceuticals and Executive Chairman and founder shareholder of Kuecept Ltd, a CRO, exposed him to the Life Sciences sector and added to his corporate experience gained in Engineering, Building Products and Packaging.

As a result of his international hockey and Olympic experience (a former player, manager and Independent Director with Wales and Great Britain) Bryn understands the power of the team dynamic and what is required to achieve world class performance. The result is a distinctively balanced and relaxed approach to business, which merges business acumen with elite sports principles and creates team based solutions that are focused, effective and sustainable.

In his capacity as Chairman, and owner, Bryn leads Teamwork by applying principled, strategic, novel, innovative strategies with a problem solving, change management, pragmatic approach.
